International Federation visits to UEFA and the UCI

As part of the AISTS program, our MAS class visits various international federations and sports organisations to gain hands-on experience and get an inside look at the sports industry. Our current MAS class has most recently visited UEFA and the UCI to get a closer look at how both European football and international cycling are being managed.

As an academy, AISTS’ mission is to provide high quality education and prepare specialists to satisfy the needs and expectations of the sports industry. To do so, AISTS blends scientific knowledge with real world understanding giving participants in AISTS advanced educational programmes the tools for Mastering Sport.


Applied Research

In a unique position to bring together scientists and researchers from esteemed universities with athletes, International Sports Federations (IFs), and sports companies, AISTS facilitates the development of knowledge and its application to sport in mandated research projects, cooperative initiatives, and consulting projects.

AISTS has close partnerships with many sports organisations and sports related companies and institutions in the fields of applied research, education, training, knowledge transfer and consulting. AISTS distinguishes three types of partnerships: AISTS Founding Members, AISTS Development Partners, AISTS Academic Relations.
